At UNSTOPP®, we outline our standards for ethical conduct, legal compliance, and integrity, expecting all suppliers and partners to fully adhere to the principles and guidelines provided.
Human Rights Policy
Our suppliers and partners commit to the following:
- Hire employees in line with local laws on equal treatment, discrimination, and prohibitions against bullying, exclusion, or harassment.
- Foster an inclusive culture that promotes diversity and respect.
- Comply with regulations on working hours and minimum wage.
- Reject forced labor, child labor, and all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking.
Environmental responsibility
Sustainability is key to our values! We prioritize minimizing resource use, waste, and energy consumption in production.
This is achieved at the source or through measures like process changes, alternative materials, savings, recycling, or reuse.
Prohibition of discrimination
Discrimination of any kind is prohibited, including based on gender, race, caste, disability, beliefs, origin, age, pregnancy, or sexual orientation. We respect personal dignity, privacy, and individual rights.
Fair competition
Fair business practices and competition must be upheld, including compliance with antitrust laws that ban price-fixing, condition-setting, and agreements limiting customer pricing freedom.
Confidentiality / Data protection
The supplier commits to meeting stakeholder expectations and complying with data protection and information security laws when handling personal information.
Implementation of our Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct is a core part of our agreements with business partners, who ensure its implementation and pass it on to their partners, such as subcontractors. In cases of non-compliance, partners must promptly develop and enforce corrective measures.
